Cannot connect to the internet

WPA2 is considered insecure and hacked years ago.

You might try WPA, or get a different Adapter.

A router is only used to connect devices together in a LAN (local area network). In order to get out to the internet you also will need a modem (cable or dsl depending on your service) You will also need to pay for service through an ISP (Internet Service Provider)

Did you upgrade your laptop or pc to Windows 7? If you did you may need a driver for your WLAN that is compatible with windows 7. Check you windows 7 if it is a 64 bit or a 32 bit because you have to download the appropriate drivers. If you are using the default windows version, check device manager to check if your WLAN is working or installed.

determine if the network is working correctly by using another wifi device and logging on
then check to see if you entered the password correctly
try resetting the router by either resetting it with the reset button in the back and a paperclip or by unplugging and shutting it off
if those dont work try using the windows network repair utility
if the wlan connection still doesnt work contact your internet service provider

Use the WLAN wizard to create an access point

2. If the search finds WLANs, you can create an internet access point - scroll to the connection, select Options > Start web browsing. If you select a secured WLAN, you will be asked to enter the relevant password. To connect to a hidden network, you must enter the correct network name (service set identifier, SSID).
3. To end the active connection, select the connection > Options and Exit. If you want to define whether you want to use the WLAN or packet data connection when starting to browse the web, you can set it so that the device always asks which access point is to be used.


Set up an access point inquiry when you open the browser
1. Select Options > Settings.
2. Select General > Access point, and from Always ask - You always get to select which access point you use.

2. Try to search your network and see if your laptop could detect it

3. you can try Fn + f2 kesy as well to turn off/on your wireless switch,

The usb is only used for file transfer,WLAN is a wireless connection,you are going to need a wireless box,then you can connect your psp via WLAN to the internet to download stuff....

You have the highspeed internet connection and turn on the modem first then the Wlan internet button will automatically on. If you are using the dial-up connection ,firts dial into the internet connection and connect and wireless interntet will on.
