Hmmmm, I'm thinking DUST has clogged your fan and the CPU is overheating and shutting down your computer. Find a way to blow some air through the vents in the case. This may loosen up any dust and if your lucky it'll blow out. Only other thing I can think of is to open the case and take a look.... if you are confident enough. If not don't.

It terns on on then it sayes protect

1 suspect speakers or speaker wiring, remove all speaker and replace one at a time to check they are sound.
2 suspect dust in the fan in the back, if the fan stops on the power supply this may cause protection to cut in.
3 First power off and push the "stop" botton more than 10 seconds at right side main player.
this may clear fault.

this seems to be a common problem and the vendor are not forthcoming with solutions, blogs are recommending steering clear of this model.

When i press power buton computers, on/off led just blinks once, cpu fan turn few times and stop, power supply fan also turn few times and stop and computer does not start.

Possible bad power supply, hard drive, and or CPU. If there is a computer repair store close to you, I would take the hard drive to them and have it checked out thoroughly to make sure all the sectors are in tact and possibly have the power supply OHM'd to make sure the proper amount of voltage is coming out in order to turn the computer on in the first place.

Hipro HP-d3057f3r computer power supply broken?

I have the same problem. I found this:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=bph06788&product=12455#bph06788_section_2

  • Replace the side panel, plug in the power cord, and examine the light on the back of the power supply:
  • If the LED is on solid and is not flashing, the power supply is probably good and the problem is most likely caused by a defective component (processor, memory, PCI card) or a defective motherboard. Have the computer serviced, or remove the components and replace them, one at a time, to find and replace the defective component.

    Power up problem

Hi, you most probably have a sticky on/off switch on your case. Turn the power off. Remove the side cover, trace your wires from the front switch to the mobo, identify witch is the power switch [this is usualy marked with PWR or PWS on the board and also on the wire from the switch. Disconnect this wire then turn on the power and use a fine screwdriver to bridge the two pins on the board, if all works properly then replace the switch Regards mistyman
