Depending on the mineral content of the water inside, drying it with any available access doors open over a warm (not hot) source, for several days may restore operation.

Moisture light wont go out

There can be only one reason, there is still moisture inside it. You should not have operated it for 3-4 days, so that it can get dried fully.

Waterproof camera seems to not be working since the pool.

The camera is supposed to be waterproof to 10 feet for about an hour if the camera has never been subjected to any bumps or rough treatment. Can you say you followed those guidelines?

Camera was soaked in a swimming pool. Nothing works.

It's dead and totally unrepairable then.

Water alone is a camera killer, but chlorinated pool water removes even the remotest possibility of any repair.

Sorry. Not everything can be fixed.

I am a US Soldier and I bought my Stylus 770 to take to Iraq, I had no problems at all with the camera in Iraq because it was always dry. I am in Jamaica with my wife on or 6 year anniversary trip now...

Stylus 770 is not a perfect water proof camera. it has many gap, so it is not worked properly under water, it works under a small rain only.
I think you should by a new camera. Repair this camera is too much costly. Repair cost is nearly the price of  a new camera.

The camera image is blurry

  • FIRST you need to put your camera in a bag
  • SECOND you need to poke a hole in the bag were the lense is
  • THIRD put the lense part in running water
  • FOURTH the bag is to protect if it is not waterproof
  • FIFTH run in water for about 5 to 10 minutes
  • SIXTH then when its done let dry for 25 seconds
  • SEVENTH get a soft cloth or sponge and dab the lense (blot)
  • EIGHTH you want to take it out of the bag and test to see if it made it better
  • LAST if it didnt work im sorry but it worked for me!

Dropped camera in pool

If it does not fire up, I would dunk it again - this time in warmed, distilled water, moving it around a bit, then putting it in a warm (not hot) place to dry but I would probably give it a week.
Distilled water is non-conductive whereas pool water is . . . who knows?
