Spin cycle the fastest spin cycle has quit working - it makes an incredible racket when on this cycle. The machine was purchased in july of 2004. Is this a motor issue or a belt issue? The other two spin cycle work okay.

Makes a lot of noise when brakes are put on AFTER the spin cycle , is this worth fixing ?

Put more baby powder on the friction surface. When the brakes get wet, the baby powder washes off and they make incredibly strange noises.

Neptune won't advance from Rinse to SPIN

If the clutch fails the first thing noticed is a UC or DC error displayed and there is no drain or spin.

If you are seeing the above error and having a problem with spin and drain then the most likely cause of this is the clutch. The clutch fails to lock down the spinners and the basket is unable to go into spin and without a 90 RPM there is no drain.

Replace the clutch.

Could be your bearings for sure. And if you have been using the machine while the racket could be ruining you axle as well. So make sure your axle is fine before you change your bearings.......
