Your machines NVRAM is bad, did you have the main board replaced ? You are going to need a technician to repair this as the either the machine firmware is corrupt or the NVRAM module need to be replaced along with the main board $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you can not reset!!!!! the NVRAM module and or main board work together, or the firmware is corrupt not the print drivers but the machine operating system which (firmware) is on a secure server with access to only KonicaMinolta dealership technicians. Konica Minolta wants to protect its copier and printer operating systems.

How to reset error code d370 on konika minolta c450 machine
1. Touch the following code on the trouble code display screen.
(buton) Stop 0 7 1 3 9
2. [*] will be displayed on the trouble code screen.
3. Touch [*].
4. The screen will be shifted to the data restoration screen to perform data restoration.
NOTE
• When the restoration is performed in a short time, data restoration screen may not
be displayed.5. Check the message which indicates that the data restoration was successfully conducted.
Turn Main power OFF, and wait for ten seconds or more to turn it back ON

Clean them located under the transfer belt when it is removed. after which you need to accurate the sensor cover protectors manually the clean the sensor with a try cloth no static electricity or you will cause the sensor to be destroyed..

Please what is the solution for C-D370 on konica minolta bizhub C450
The error code is for the NVRAM. You could try this key combination: Stop 0 7 1 3 9. Press * Restart the machine. It should be fine. CAUTION: The meter readings will be reset to 0. Any settings you had before will also be cleared!

NVRAM Fault have a Konica Minolta Technician come out and flash the NVRAM and update the software, you can not do it yourself the website is a secure web site for the software. NVRAM could have failed also meaning it needs to be replaced. NVRAM keeps very important data for the machine. it is battery protected incase lost of power. A small board connected to the main board with chip and battery.
