There are no 11 beeps in a series of codes for that unit. They are a series of one two three or four followed by a pause and then another set Based on what you are saying not counting the beeps, the hard disk has failed
what type of bios do you have and when you turn on the machine how many beeps are they and are they short beeps or long beeps mixed up beeps fast beeps or slow beeps need more information please.

2 Press and hold SERVICE button until beep (display shows P5)
3 Press and hold CLEAR button until beep (approx 25 seconds)
4 Press and hold SERVICE button until beep

Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). Its beeping because its damaged! sad to say but the beeping is an error code! the other downside is hard drives are hard to repair so you may need to buy a new one.
