I have tried to format and reformat the thingy but it doesnt seem to work. It always shows system error code 00000020. Please help me find a solution. thanks a ton for the help.

Same problem here. It has a red box that reads "systemerror" and along the top right it has 00000002 on the left side it has a "x"
