Question about Philips 27PT6441 27" TV
This sounds like there is a problem with the cables connected to the tv, Make sure they are all pushed in correctly and in the right place. For example if you have a yellow lead and it is in the red plug hole then this may cause a problem. Some tv's also don't need all of the leads plugged in (Red,Yellow, White)
Alternatively if you are using a scart lead, it will display black and white if it is not pushed in correctly.
