- I have lived here for 2 years and the fridge has been fine. I had the breaker replaced yesterday, hoping that was the problem, but no such luck.

- They installed the same size breaker, as they said there were enough amps (or whatever). The breaker is also for the toaster, and as far as they could tell there was one other outlet behind my stove on that circuit, but I do not use that outlet at all. Everything looked fine electrically, so the thought is maybe a capacitor or compressor problem...

- I'm not using the toaster at all, however it is usually plugged in. I'll try to find the amp info. One more thing to mention...electrical box is in basement. Fridge is on main floor. I was sitting in the dining room next to the kitchen the other night and I felt my chair shake when the breaker flipped.

- 11 Amps on name plate. I don't know about the size of wire or gauge the outlets have.

Did they installed the same size breaker. Is the voltage measured at the breaker panel same as the outlet where fridge is connected. Does your fridge has a circuit only for itself or other thing are hooked up to that circuit.

- The circuit should be using a 30 amp circuit a 10 gauge wire should be okay. Disconnect the toaster from the outlet and let see what happens. Maybe you can try connecting if possible your fridge in a different circuit and see what happens

The refrige has a name plate what is the rated amps for the refrige and what size breaker u have for it. How far is the refrig from the breaker panel. If you give me more info i can help with this. I can only suggest now or guess 1.) Breaker is bad 2.) Compressor motor is starting to fail. With an A.C Ammeter right at the breaker panel go to the breaker that supplies power to your refrig and measure how much amps it is using and compare it to the name plate specifications

- It might be a capacitor or compressor problem. Are u using your toaster when the breaker trips. Can u tell me how many amps the name plate has and what size of wire or gauge those outlets have. Sometime people misdiagnose this, this could be caused by the fridge itself or the wiring circuit for the outlets have a short, sometimes small animals get inside the outlet and cause this short or sometime they chew the cable.
