Emerson Model LC320EM3FA TV will not turn on?

Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be on a separate board, or on the part of its main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

Installed comcast cable box to emerson flat screen tv. it is hdmi, 1080. now i don't have a full screen picture.

Try using the wide mode. There are multiple screens you can get such as wide, zoom, full, and wide zoom. Go through these til you get the picture you want.

Is there any way that i can adjust the zoom on my emerson LC320EM2 with a universal remote?

I have that same tv there is a zoom button on the orignal remote that came with the tv. When I first hooked up a xbox 360 to run media center the zoom on the TV still wasn't getting it right. I then found out there was a zoom on the media center as well. So check to see if what ever you are feeding to the TV has a zoom function.

How to zoom with remote

Unfortunately your particular player does not have the zoom function built into it. The only way you will be able to zoom your picture is if your TV has that functionality built in.
