Question about Cell Phones
I dropped my phone into a glass of lemonade, I got scared so I took it out as quick as I could and went straight to the bathroom, took the battery out, and tried blow drying it. I turned it on and if worked fine, but when I got incomming calls I would answer and they weren't able to hear me. I tried blow drying it again and when I tried turning it on it said "USB Download Mode" on a white screen in black text. What do I do??
If you took the phone apart and let it dry but its still acting funny you very likely fried the computer board inside the phone. If the phone was on when you dropped it in liquid you probably did. Also, the lemonade having sugar has likely caused corrosion inside the phone. you could clean the inside of the phone with alcohol and see about getting it to co-operate, but be careful and keep yourself grounded and leave the battery out when you clean. You might be s-o-l
