I SEND MY MOTOROLA i465 IN LAST WEEK BECAUSE THE KEYPAD WAS NOT WORKING AFTER A WEEK OF BUYING IT AND THEY SEND IT BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM

Assuming you sent it to Motorola's Repair Depot, not the dealer you purchased it from... Contact Motorola again, and they will have you return it for repair or replacement. Write "bouncer" on the box, to put it on the fast track.

Boost Mobile sadly is a scam if you need help from them. I've had them 3 times and I'll never go back.

Why not just switch to another pre-paid service. They've got got $50/mo unlimited plans now. And WAY better coverage

if the automatic keypad lock is what concerns you about, you can change its setting to manual keypad lock. you can access it at its phone menu settings. navigate to the menu until you will find keypad setting option or the like...

Hi,phones like yours that has key button problems are usually caused by Keypad IC. The keypad IC control all the keypad functions.

Keypad quit working


First of all, try the obvious.  Do a battery pull and then reinsert the battery and see if that resets the phone.  If that does not work, call Nextel or Boost (depending on your service provider) to see if there is something they know.  Barring any solution they have, you probably will need to contact Motorola and send the phone in for warranty service.

you have to turn on the discovery mode on the phone in the blue tooth settings....usually will last for like a minute or so then hit the search or pairing button on the head set.
