The model number doesn't appear to be correct. it seems you have either a 57" (57H84) or 65" (65H84). However, the manual is the same for both models.

If you have Adobe Acrobat reader installed, you can view the manual for either set at the link below.

Whether this is a stand alone dvd player or an optical drive on your computer it may need to be cleaned. If it's a laptop where you can see the lense as you pull out the tray that'll be easy to clean: use a lint free/low lint cloth or paper towel or qtip and put a few drops of clear rubbing on the cloth or qtip and gently clean the lense. If the lense can not be seen you'll a lense cleaning disc and cleaning solution (aka rubbing alcohol). Attached is a link from Expert Village showing how easy it is to clean the lense with the cleaner. Good luck! How to Clean Personal Electronics How to Clean Personal CD DVD Players

It is fuzzy when it first comes on and then just not as clear as it was before. can i open the back and clean it or will that make a difference?

Cleaning won't help unless you have reason to believe it's unbelievably filthy inside, which is generally not the case. Plus cleaning the screen and/or lenses may make things worse if you aren't experienced. Many sets have a "magic" or auto focus procedure they can run on themselves to calibrate themselves periodically. Check your Owner's manual if possible, or look for a button that says something like "focus". This process takes several minutes, do not interupt it once started... good luck.

I am getting an 060309 error code on a HP DesignJet 650. What do I need to have repaired?

Probable cause:
The optical sensor on the carriage has
failed to locate lines drawn during the
pen calibration routine. Reduce the
ambient light. If the media is not clean
and reflective, change the media. If
the lines are faint, replace the pens.
Clean lenses. Replace LED. Use the
Edge detect test, found in the service
menu, to help troubleshoot.

I've dealt with DLP projectors and TVs for over two years and never had to send out a technician to calibrate after a bulb replacement unless of course the light engine has been jolted out of position. You may be looking for more than just a calibration, you may need repair service. Calibration was common with front/rear projection TV's when they used 3 lenses. DLP only uses one so other than focus and color adjustments, regular calibration shouldn't be necessary unless something is wrong inside.

CD and dvd disc cleaners will not solve the problem, a deeper and delicate cleaning procedure by cleaning the lens manually with an cotton swab is needed...
Although the quality of newer discs is to be discussed.
