I want to convert xp sp2 to genuine. plz tell what software can use for this. but simple and easy method or software.

Just "click" on the "Windows Genuine Advantage" window that you're seeing, to get instructions on how to "get genuine". Have your credit-card ready. Microsoft will send you software that upgrades your "non-genuine" software.

Or, just purchase and install Windows 7 Upgrade.

I can't download xp service pack 2?

If Windows Update or Automatic Updates wont do it, do to and download the "network installation" version of XP SP2. Its one large file you can execute and run. Especially useful if you have multiple machines to update. Don't forget to download and update to XP SP3 once SP2 is done (and rebooted), as that's the current release.

Un-Install XP PRO Upgrade

When you installed the upgrade, if you chose not to save the needed files for later uninstalling, you may not be able to uninstall. Check the Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. If the upgrade is listed, removing the upgrade should put you back to where you started. If not, you would have to do a full system restore from a full system backup (which hopefully you have), or backup your data files and then do a clean installation of the prior OS.
