fixya site has nothing to do with your order
it is up to you to contact your supplier , find the courier /transport company for the delivery and then contact them to find out where the item was delivered to
there is no chance of you getting a replacement item until you can prove from the transport company that it was lost in transit
Just a thought. My neighbour had her door open by itself every once in a while and come to find out when another neighbour went to open his door he would hit his opener while still on the street once in a while and his opener was opening the other door as well. Try reprogramming yours and see if that works.
Most garage door openers and I assume gate actuators have jumpers or settings if computerized to change frequencies.
Both the remote and unit will have to be changed.

Check to see who the carrier was. Many time parcel delivery services will leave packages with neighbors, which Amazon has no control over. You need to talk to the service that dropped the package off.
If the item is missing, then contact Amazon and get a refund or a new item.
First of all,you should have your neighbour permision. Then you'll need the security key for his/her wifi/router. Go to the DS menu, choose system settings and then Internet. Select advanced set up, choose a connection and search for an access point. You should be able to find your neighbours wifi in the list. If you don't know which one it is, ask your neighbour. Enter the security key and you should be connected. However, if your connecting from your house, the connection may be slow or the signal may too weak to connect at all, which means you'll have to get closer.
You have a neighbour, near the "back" of your house, with a wireless network (or wireless telephone) that is interfering with your wireless network.
Take the telephone "base" unit to the back of your house, and plug it in. It will sense your neighbour's network, and choose a different "channel" that does not conflict with your wireless telephones.
Or, take your laptop to your backyard, and walk about, and watch the "signal strength" go up and down, in order to identify which neighbour is operating the competing network. Turn your back to each neighbour, in turn, while holding your laptop, to see if putting your body "between" his network and your laptop _decreases_ the signal-strength. Turn and face each neighbour, and the signal-strength should _increase_. Liaise with the neighbour, to see if they can change "channels".
