Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Gave my baby the phone to play with (now I know, bad idea) not sure if she just really drooled on it a lot or what. But when I took it from her it started heating up, so hot I could not touch it. Then the screen was black for over a day, now I can see the screen and get incoming calls, but None of the buttons work - only the on/off button on the keypad. But no other buttons work, can't even get phone numbers I need off of it - Please Help!
If your baby got a hold of it, it's likely there is water damage.
Check your battery. Most of the batteries have a sticker. depending on the brand it will be red or smudgy purple or something else if it was wet - no way to tell if i dont know what brand you have.
you can go to your local store and get them to plug in their cell brite and download the numbers to a new phone. If the phone will stay on for a few minutes and is on the home screen, they will be able to do this.
