Question about Konica Minolta magicolor 2430 DL Laser Printer
I have an HP G85 xi. When I put documents on the feeder and scan them , they end up as huge files. When I try to set the dpi to a reasonable size, they come out grainy and pixellated. (My faxes are better quality and have sharper resolution than the scans).
Is there some setting I am missing, or does this model HP not perform well on document scans.
Could be you are scanning pictures of documents and not doing OCR..Optical Character Recognition
output file extension should be .doc or .txt not .jpg or.gif or.bmp
