SOURCE: HP Officejet Pro L7580 ADF will not pick up paper

You can lift the top of the unit to inspect the rollers. Be careful because the L series the roller can pop off easily and if you're not paying attention to original orientation, can be a pain to put back in.. you press the blueish button to release the pick up assembly. See if any rollers are dusty. If they are, use Isopropyl alcohol (highest % you can find) and a LINT FREE cloth (dryer sheets/coffee filters or something of that nature..) and wipe clean

Hope this helps, I'm honestly doing all this from memory, I used to work for that dept here in Oregon ..

SOURCE: HP L7680 won't print black, cartridge is new, says

Try printing a Diagnostic page or clean cartridge. Looks like the printheads might be clogged due to low usage or general wear and tear, they may not be working as desired.

HP Officejet Pro L7680 When printing a power point presentation, lines are printing over the jpeg pictures on the slide

There is some problem with your print heads. Run a print diagnostic report and see if it helps. You also may want to trigger clean cartridges if triggering print diagnostic page does not help.
This issue may happen if the printer is not used for few days. Recommend to keep the printer powered on always, or then trigger print diagnostic page as it tries to unclog the blocked print heads to give you a clean print.
Hope this helps.

The last line of every document is cut off and the bottom half is missing as though the margin isn't long enough, but that's not the case.

  2. Press the Setup button.
  3. Press 1 to select Print Report , and then press 1 to select Self-Test Report .
  4. Press OK . The self-test page prints. If this prints fine, perform the partial reset of the printer using the below steps:
    1. Unplug the power cord from the HP All-in-One.
    2. Wait for 20 seconds.
    3. Press and hold # and 3 while plugging in the power cord to the HP All-in-One.
    4. Release the buttons after the HP All-in-One starts up.
    5. The HP All-in-One will now be reset to factory defaults.

HP all-in-one not printing cyan color

Place a soft clean tissue paper over the cartridge print head and leave for about eight minutes. You can secure it with the aid of a rubber band. It should be held firm ok. If the tissue paper is not dampened by ink then the cartridge would have gone bad or the ink dried. You also know that they have expiry date and could go bad while yet in the packaging b/c it has expired. Good luck

You need to print a self diagnostic page. On that page will be listed the number of pages printed from trays and accessories.

To print the Self-Test Diagnostic Page
• Control panel: Press Setup, select Print Report, select Self-Test Report, and
then press OK.
• Toolbox (Windows): Click the Services tab, and then click Print Self-test
Diagnostic Page.
• HP Printer Utility (Mac OS): Click Device Information from the Information and
Support panel, and then click Print Configuration Page.

Thanks and please take a moment to rate this as fixya.
