I bought a laptop from walmart online. its a icraig clp 290, they say i need to go to internet and down load firmwear for it well i cant find the firmwear any where. CAN ANYONE HELP?

Sounds like android is not loading after the Linux section has, you need to re-install the operating system, see if there is a web support site as it will be tablet specific.
You can reload the operating system to protected memory using USB and some system commands.
It appears you may need to hardware reset the device, if you have access to a pc you can go to the support page of the website for the device and it should show how to reset the device or if it came with a resource cd then it will have a manual.
