Question about Televison & Video
Did you use your remote a lot?
Do some buttons work sometimes if you press them really hard?
If it's a double yes and you've already cleaned the remote (the rubber pad with buttons and the circuit board with contact tabs), then the buttons are most probably worn out, which means they no longer make a good contact on the circuit board tabs.
There's a repair liquid kit for remotes, i'm not sure what the brand name is or where to get it, in europe, conrad electronic was selling it some time ago, however, i make my own from benzene, rubber glue and grapphite powder.
The other solution is either to find a new rubber button pad or to get a brand new remote...
