The only way you can fix this problem is to purchase a new remote nothing else works. Go to mrremotecontrols.com. This is the cheapest place to get a replacement remote 32.95 exact remote you need.

You will likely have to purchase another remote. I don't know of any solution. When I had a problem with my panasonic, it was VERY hard to find a solution to the problem. They wanted me to ship it back to them and it ended up being I had a dead battery in my remote and the radio wouldn't turn on with the power button on the radio. Good thing I tried the battery before I sent it back. I would try ebay first to find a remote. If you can't find one, try to find someone who has the same radio and borrow their remote long enough to disable the anti-theft feature.
