File cannot play.

ensure that the player supports the file type you want to play. as it only has 512mb i think the player is not the newest one. problematic files for older players: - not mp3 files (e.g. wma, ogg) - variable bitrate (vbr)
you shouldn't need special software. the player should be detected as usb-flash-device. just put on files by drag and drop.
