Sadly , chances are you blow the whole power supply on it. you should check with your local servicenter for an estimate on the repair. the units that are made for USA are 110v

Making my 220v appliance work on an 110v outlet

If you are using a 220V-240V appliance at 110V, you will need a transformer. If you are using a 110V appliance at 220V-240V, you can also use a transformer but may be able to get away with a (cheaper) converter though not with all appliances.

Will my 240v charger work on 110v

Can't say for certain, but there are specific 110V and 220V versions of DCB101.
None are labelled 90-220VAC as would be normal for universal voltage equipment.
If you operate 110V equipment on 220V then you will most likely damage it with overvoltage.
If you operate 220V equipment on 110V then you will most likely damage it in over current or have it simply not work.

It is possible that the charger is universal, just not labelled as such.

Is it possible to buy a 220-240V transformer for a Wave awrcc1 to swap out the 110V one?

The simplest thing here is to buy a plug adaptor. Sold at many electronic stores.

I have a GE Profile Harmony Dryer. No Power. 240v, 110v, 110v at the outlet but soon as I plug in the dryer I see 240v, 110v, 0v. Is the problem in the dryer or the power outlet on the wall?

Its not really clear to me where your measuring once you plug in the dryer, but all phases are measuring the correct voltage before, it appears you have an open circuit once you plug the dryer in. Now a dryer is 2 phase, so I would check all of your wiring connections, I would also check your circuit breaker and try swapping it out with a new one(as a last resort). Do some experimenting. In a dryer the heating elements are the only thing that runs on the 240V power. I would swap the hot leads in the dryer and see if any of the electrical components come on. Also try testing the continuity on your dryer plug wires to make sure there isn't a break in them (which can be proven by swapping the leads because now the same lead will read 0V on the other terminal).

Want to change my 110v plug on my dewalt radio to 240v

Your radio must be a import from the U.S.A. Your radio will not work on 240v YOU WILL BLOW IT UP!!! You need a step down transformer 240v to 110v to goto your radio, you will have to do a search on Ebay in Power tools. You sould notice the lead on your 110v radio is not like normal flex as its only single insulated for 110 volts.... Don't put a normal plug on or you may have to call the fire brigade!!
