Syncronizing (by 4 users)

i have a rca rd209 and it does not sync with my computer i have to reformat it every time i plug it in nothing comes up i have to go to control panel chose removable D reformat it then i try to sync my songs it says on the screen that they are transmitting then i go i remove the mp3 check the screen and there is nothing on my mp3 someone help..

i cant sync it with my windows media player.

Why does my Sansa Clip read "synchronize to continue your music subscription"??? I thought once the song was loaded onto the mp3 player, it was there to be played whenever. Please help.
