- i have a rca rd209 and it does not sync with my computer i have to reformat it every time i plug it in nothing comes up i have to go to control panel chose removable D reformat it then i try to sync my songs it says on the screen that they are transmitting then i go i remove the mp3 check the screen and there is nothing on my mp3 someone help..- iamblondDec 26, 2007
