Procedure for powers supply board

Same problem as others with what appears to be a failure on the power board. I want to try and replace TOP224Y on the power board myself. I've removed the bezel and not sure how to proceed with accessing the power board under the screen. Any suggestions on how that should be done without causing damage to anything.
