1)Open your Pc and then Remove your LAN card
After this add your Lan Card but fix good there and see if work
2)If not, I think your problem is caused by some malwares that have damage your system files of network, so you need to reinstall or ripair your OS

Check the wireless access points in the area. There may be another with a stronger signal that you are connecting to. Then make sure that you are not set to automatically connect.
