Bosh dishwasher not working

Our intake valve was broken. THe repairman came and fixed the valve, but did not open it all the way so the water runs in very slowly. Now the dishwasher gets stuck on the rinse cycle. Could it be that because the cycles are taking longer(ie. the water is pouring in much slower) the timer is thrown off?

It is possible. It is also possible that the water temp is too low and it is taking that time to heat the water. If it seems to be making a humming sound the entire time, like it is draining, see my guide here to clear the clog. I too thought mine was not filling at first, but these have a good number of drainage issues that are misdiagnosed as control board and fill valve problems.

Bosch dishwasher doesn't work. water not coming

Hi Gilgol, The link below is a Bosh Dishwasher list of error codes, I believe your error code is E3....CHEERS..
http://removeandreplace.com/2015/10/09/bosch-dishwasher-error-codes-how-to-clear-what-to-check/
Bosch Dishwasher Error Code E3
Fault Condition: Not filling with water
Repair or Check: If the water supply cut-off valve on the dishwasher is completely open but the dishwasher will not fill with water then shut off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher. Remove the water fill line and check to see if the water inlet screen valve is plugged up. If so then replace the water valve. Cleaning the screen can make the issue worse so always replace if the screen is clogged. The valve can get stuck open from gunk and therefore flood or overfill.

Bosh diswasher SHE45M02UC/48 doesnt stop when I open the door

That is the drain pump that is running, and it indicates that there is water in the base of the unit. You will need to unplug the dishwasher and pull it out. You can tip it forward to drain the water out of the bottom through the holes in front. Have some towels ready to catch the water. Now if you plug the dishwasher back in, the pump should not run But now comes the hard part - figuring out where the leak is coming from and fixing it. It could be from a hose, the drain pump, or the main pump. Bosch dishwashers are notoriously hard to work on, so I recommend calling in a professional DW repairman.

I have A bosh SKT 2052 Will not fill up to start the cycle

see the following causes:
Make sure you get water to the dishwasher. Check to see if the water shut-off valve (located under the sink) is open. If you get water to the dishwasher, but there is still no water inside during the fill cycle, the problem might be with a faulty water valve (located at the bottom of the dishwasher) see diagram
2) faulty float switch, test for open or faulty.
see the diagram attached.
God bless you

My bosh exxcel disher dose dot fill

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. To start with check the water inlet valve which is located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side of the Dishwasher. If the water inlet valve is bad you have to replace it, also check the main water line for clogs/obstructions. If still the issue is not resolved then it’s a bad float switch and needs to be replaced. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

Thanks

No water

Don't try running the machine without water, as I suspect you can burn out the pump. Our machine wasn't getting enough water, so we removed the water intake valve and cleaned out a bit of grit that came thro the water line. If you are hooked up to a well system, there is always the chance the valve's screen can be clogged. Do you have excessively hot water? A repairman told me that after about 5 yrs, water intake valves have a rubber part (washer?) that expands with the heat and blocks the water from flowing into the machine. This turned out to be our problem - it's an easy part to replace. As for an almost new machine, this hardly seems possible. Sorry I can't be more help.

DISHWASHER

Make sure you have water coming to the dishwasher. Next check your dishwasher float. Make sure it is not sticking. If not you could have a problem with your fill valve. Check for voltage at the fill valve if you have 120V then you need a valve the solenoid is defective. Replace it.

Bosh dish waher

Does it make the same noise when it's just filling or just when the motor starts? Usually just filling the dishwasher opens a valve and doesn't run the pump. If it makes noise during filling the valve may be getting hot and shorting, or may have a loose connection, or air may be in the water supply line causing the valve to bounce. If it takes a long time to fill the filter may be clogged.

Dishwasher doesn't fill

Dishwasher Doesn't Fill If a dishwasher runs but doesn't fill, either something is wrong with its water supply system or it is draining water too soon. 1) First make sure the water is turned on. Check the hot water supply stop valve, normally located under the sink. Open it all the way by turning it counterclockwise. If there is no reason this would have been turned off since the last time the dishwasher worked, go on to the next step. 2) Turn off the power to the dishwasher. 3) When the dishwasher is cool, look for the float inside the dishwasher --usually a small plastic dome or cylinder mounted inside at the tub's base, near the front. When you move most types of floats up and down, you can hear them click because they trip a lever (they are spring loaded). Lift out the float mechanism and clean around the float tube; many floats must be disconnected from below--to do this you'll have to remove the lower access panel. Rinse off the float, then replace it in the tube and be sure it moves up and down freely. 4) If you're experienced with minor repair work shut off the hot water valve to the appliance. Locate the water intake valve, behind the dishwasher's bottom front panel, disassemble the valve to reveal the screen, clean debris from the screen, and reassemble. If the screen doesn't appear to be blocked, call a repairperson (they will probably need to replace the water intake valve). 5) If none of this helps, call a repairperson. Any of several parts, including water inlet valve, pressure switch, and the timer or selector switch, may be faulty.
