Question about GE Profile WPRE6100G Top Load Washer

1 Answer

The washer blows the circuit on the GCI plug when running sometimes. Now it will not run because it keeps popping the plug . The washer works fine, however it seems to generate too mch for the plug sometimes. Nothing else is turned on.

Keeps blowing circuit breaker

It could be the circuit breaker, those do sometimes go bad, but it could certainly be something plugged into that circuit pulling more current than it should. Try disconnecting everything on that circuit. Does the breaker still pop? No? Plug one thing in. Pop? If not, keep going until you find the one that's a problem, and check the total amount of current all the devices you have plugged in use.

Most standard plug circuits are only rated at 15 amps. For example, a toaster may pull 12, a hair dryer 10. You can't run both at the same time on one circuit.

check the washer line it maybe blocked. un plug the pipe from the water pump and blow down it if nothing take the jets off and try again on jet at a time. if pipe is fine then check the jets using a needle pock the holes with a needle and blow out keep doing this until you can blow the same way the water comes out. also on the line there is a one way valve this can block up so that may need changing.

Circuit braker keep popping

Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker.
If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.

Will ethanol in 93 octane cause the coughing poping out of the air intake?

Not likely. You probably do have a plugged circuit in the carburetor though. Remove the carb and clean. Pay special attention to the pilot and main jets and circuits. Blow out with carb cleaner and air. If you pull the idle mixture screw, (recommended, also, screw the idle mixture screw inwards counting the turns as you go before removing), be sure to remove the washer and "o" ring with the mixture screw, sometimes they will not come willingly. Clean the carburetor thoroughly, re-install idle mixture screw to number of turns out, (as you counted before removing), re-install carb on bike and test.

Honda GX160 runs fine for 5 minutes then dies like out of fuel.

I would look for the fuel filter. Blow it our. I know you have a new tank of gas, but you might want to empty it out and make sure the clean and put in new. Even with Stabil in the gas you might just have to much condensation in the tank

1995 camry running fine up until i parked it for 2 hrs ignition fine timeing belt fine keeps popping 30 amp fuse could that fuse block were the harnesses are plugged to under the dash go bad?

It takes a short circuit to blow a fuse. You could try to disconnet thingsuntil it stops, but that is slow. Better if you buy pulse generator to replace the fuse, then move probe over wire until puse stops at the short in the wire.
Harbor Freight might sell a short circuit test probe and pulse generator.

When i run the machine the breaker keeps going out. i tryed pluging it in deferent wall plug but same thing happenes. its been working fine till today.

Assuming there isn't a conflicting electrical load on the same circuit, there could either be a short somewhere in your washing machine or a problem with the washing machine transmission and/or motor. Since you already tried a different outlet (good move), it sounds like the washer itself. Try running the spin cycle alone with nothing in the washer and see what happens. It could just be the washer was overloaded at the time.
