Question about Refrigerators
The defroster heater is not working. the elements that melt the ice out of the evaporator burn out and need to be replaced. also check the defroster timer to see that it is cycling. depending on the model the evaporator is under the floor of the freezer compartment. the timer is usually behind the toe kick.
