I use to have a Pearl but lost it and replace it with a Blackberry Curve 8330. I have a Plantronics 360 bluetooth headset that I used with the Pearl and now that the Pearl is gone I want to pair it with my new phone (Blackberry Curve 8330). I went to setup the bluetooth by enabling it then I went to Add Device and clicked on "Search for devices from here" or "Allow another device to find me" clicked OK and it tried searching for it and then it would say "No new devices found; ensure the device you are searching for is in pairing mode" which the headset is turned on with the blue linking light when it's on. Please help! I've been trying all day.
Turn the 360 off.
Then turn Bluetooth off, then back on the Curve.
Then turn the 360 back on, input the code when asked to due so.
