I recently purchased a trust bluetooth speaker system which is faulty and need to return it

If your purchase was recent, I recommend contacting Insignia Product Support at 1-877-467-4289 to supply the missing part. If the problem persists using OEM parts, I would recommend returning the unit for an exchange if you're within the retailer's return period, or carrying it in to pursue service options.

Since it is new and just purchased, you really should return it for a new one. If you have connected all the speakers right, which you have since the test tone plays in all of them, there is a problem with the receiver. Don't wait too long or they may insist that yu take it for repair. You usually only have a short ime after the purchase to get an exchange. Some are 7 days and others are as much as 30 days. But it does need to be repaired, it is not the way you set it up.

This is a faulty blutooth unit and needs to be exchanged.

The only thing I can suggest you do is to swap the right and left inputs to the transmitter base over whilst wearing the headphones. If the fault transfers to the other channel, then you have a faulty interconnect lead that needs to be replaced. If it stays with the same channel, then the headphones or the base staion will be faulty. Best bet then is to return it to the place you purchased it from and request a replacement unit,.
