Font Book doesn't have its own password - but deleting some fonts will require the password of someone with an administrator account on your Mac.

If yours is the only user account, then you are an administrator. Just enter the same password you enter when you first turn on your Mac.

The ? means that the mac cant find a drive with an operating system.
You need to enter your install CDs and run the OS installer.
