Sounds like your electronic ignitor is not getting the supplied voltage,it could be the contol box or a bad ignitor.The gas valve will not open when this is the case.I assume you know how to use a meter.Check that the breaker is not tripped,check line voltage to the ignitor.If supplied voltage is there when the unit is turned on, the ignitor is bad.That's why no clicking!!
