Canon IP3300 sunddenly lost POWER in the middle of printing

My Canon IP3300 is just 6 months old. I have no problems regarding the quality of its prints. But one day while I was printing a back-to back full-color. The front page was printed okay, but when I started printed on the back...the power suddenly went off in the middle of printing. I tried to push the POWER again but it showed no response. I have checked the power supply ana it is okay. I also exchanged another power supply from the same model and still the problem exist - NO POWER (Lighted Button means it has a power). Is there any fuse inside the printer? If NO....then what may be the cause that the printer power went off during printing. Thanks for any help you can extend.

The piece of metal that connects to the power cable might have dirt on it, or it might have come loose from the printer's internal wiring, or a soldering joint in one of the chips might have come loose, and in that case you need to go to a specialist because there is no way that anyone but a specialist would be able to find a boken joint in the printer's myrad of circuts

The prints are coming out distorted and not aligned. Have tried print head, deep cleaning and nozzle check. Cartridges are over 6 months old though.

You must align the printing heads - the option is there, in the same Maintenance window as the cleaning one. Follow the procedure.

Ink absorber full

This is a very common problems with canon printers. They are set for a certain number of prints and they need the ink absorber serviced. Now along with resetting the printer its best to replace the absorber. Here is link to site that has reset instructions.

How to solve waster ink absorber full problem in canon ip3300

You need to replace the waste ink absorber and then reset the counter. Generally when these errors occur the waste ink absorber needs replacing, if not your images will start to degrade in quality and you will start to see ink splays / splodges appearing as well as random spots and ink patches. In the mean time press RESUME /CANCEL to continue printing.
