Hi Guru Been there done that. Tried all the tricks. Clean cycle has never been used. Just a few day ago we noticed the door would not open. However, when we try to use the clean cycle now. It come on Bake. It never says clean or jumps to 3:;00 hours as the book says it should. We're hoping you know of a manual override to unlock the door. It will open about one inch and the lights go on in the oven. The lock seems to be in the middle of the door. Lets see if we can get the clean cycle program to work. Then we can worry about the door. Or maybe it will fix itself when thats fixed. All the best PollyannaHi Guru

Our problem has not been solved. For some reason we mistakenly said it was solved. It was not. We still can't use the clean function. It does not work. Why is it so difficult for us to get a answer. Also the oven door will not open. We had already tried all the fixes that the expert gave us to no avail.
Is it asking too much to have one of your experts to call us. Here is our toll free number. 800-366-6091.

I think you will have to go to your Circuit Breaker panel and turn the power supply to the oven off then back on after waiting for about 15 seconds. Try opening the oven door when the power is turned off. If this does not fix your problem ,please post another comment in this thread. I will respond. good luck.
Also, The manual for your Oven states the door will not open if the interior temperature is above a set limit. Allow 1 hour for the oven to cool and then the door should open. Even though the Clean cycle has finished the interlock will hold the door closed unitl the temperature falls to a safe level. Also, The manual for your Oven states the door will not open if the interior temperature is above a set limit. Unplug the unit or shut off the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. Plug the unit back in or turn on the circuit breaker. Set the clock and gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.
Set the self-clean cycle again and only allow it to work for 15 minutes. Cancel the self-clean cycle and allow the oven to cool. Gently try moving the door lock lever (is so equipped) or opening the door.
well pull the plug or go out to your circutbraker/fusebox and finde the fuse for the oven. then you coud try to open the oven (while its not connected to power!) and try to clean the swiches...
