We have a black Betty Crocker kettle. We need a new strainer that fits inside the spout. There is a number BC-1857CB underneath the element.We can not find any model or serial #. Please advise.

Ebay has them. BC-1692 seems to be the same as Sunbeam 5891 or Oster. Check out the sunbeam bread maker 5891 and see if it looks like your machine, then look on Ebay for the sunbeam paddle.
