Relays only have a specified life of x amount of switches x depending on the style and manufacturer, so there is a good chance it will fail eventually, if you know someone technically minded you could get them to change the relay which would be cheaper than the board its fitted too, as its at the end of the cycle i would guess it controls the heater as it cools down near the end to stop you buring yourself on the drum.

Most often the top panel is the first to be removed, a couple screws in the back and then lift and slide forward. That normally gives access to view how the rest of the puzzle went together.I changed bearings on my Crosley and never did move the front cover. This might give you a place to start while waiting for a better answer.

Asko t711 dryer

you have to remove the front of the dryer usually by popping the to top and then removing the 2 screws into the front ring the belt strong around the drum, around the tensor and around the motor. it doesn't go around the wheel of the tensioner but it just puts tension on the belt like pushing it to user up the slack

Hello & Welcome to FixYa

If you have already cleaned the vent then the problem is with the Thermal fuse. When the thermal fuse goes bad it cannot be reset and replacing it is recommended repair. It is located on the blower wheel housing inside the rear panel to the exhaust duct. You can test it for continuity before replacing. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Where is the thermostatelocatedonthe asko t711 dryer

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

To answer your question, it depends on which thermostat`s it is you`d like to know about.

Attached below is the location of the cycling thermostat`s and below that is the location of the reset-able safety thermostat. It is on the back wall under the black rubber cap I`m pointing at in the 2nd photo.

My ASKO T702C dryer just stopped working. It starts but after 5 mins it just turns off. Any suggestions?

Try opening the bottom vent panel and pulling out the filter box (there are directions and handles)... hold the filter under running hot water for a while and you should see all this nasty stuff come out. Worked for me!

Wrinkly clothes

Here are a few tips to combat this issue.

•Select a shorter drying time.
•Remove items while they still hold a slight amount of
moisture.

Remove items when cycle ends and fold or hang
immediately.

This will prevent wrinkles.

you need to replace the motor you can replace the rear half of the motor but you can only buy a complete motor.this isnt a common problem but i have had it before.it broke because you need to grease the pin every 5 years or so.
