I need to follow up on my activation case #662232. I tried to activate my phone yesterday was on it from 8:30 am till 2:30 or so. My phone is still not activated

your number needs to be active,do not shut it off till you do this,find a service provider you like,ask them if they can transfer your number,buy the service and have them activate your new phone,they will need to know who your old number is with,because they need to contact them

Depends on the phone you are using , however generally there is way to remove your phone from silent mode as well as activate silent mode , please follow the below steps :-

1. When in idle mode, keep the # key pressed till the time it tells you general profile has been activated or normal profile has been activated.
2. If you press the # key again for a bit long time like 2 to 5 secs it will again go to silent mode.

There's no such things as Greeting 1 and Greeting 2. There's a Greeting and extended absence greeting which you can activate/deactivate.

Click the Start button (Orb in the lower left hand corner of the screen). RIGHT click on Computer and select Properties from the menu. This configuration is working perfectly using ZT321, Baizhao 8928 and IPhone Clone A380 and probably will work using other China Phones.
If your SIM card is previously activated using other phones specially those phones supported by Globe and Smart, no need to activate your SIM. This is also valid for postpaid users since SIM cards are pre-activated for MMS, GPRS and other services.
But if your SIM is not yet activated or never been used for MMS and GPRS, you need to activate your SIM before you can use MMS and GPRS services.
For Smart SIM, you can use your China Phones to activate MMS and GPRS by simply sending/texting MMS ON / GPRS ON to 333 (I don?t know if this number is still valid). No need to download the configuration for Smart. Just use the configuration I?ve given.
For Globe SIM, this is a little bit harder and need some workaround. I tried to call Globe Customer Service but they cannot activate your SIM manually on their system and the only way to activate it is by downloading the configuration thru text or by asking them to send the configuration. But since China Phones are not yet supported by any Service Provider, what you can do is to active MMS and GPRS using another phone. Monitor until your SIM is activated then transfer your SIM in your China Phone and enjoy surfing and sending MMS.
In another forum, they said you can try using configuration for SE p900. I?ve never tried this but if this really works, well and good for China Phone fanatics.

Unfortunately we can't give you a product key or activation code to activate the operating system, on Microsoft can do this.
The product key should be on a sticker underneath the laptop, use this key to activate the laptop. If it won't allow it you will need to activate by phone, tell Microsoft that you had a hard drive failure and they will activate Windows for you, just give them the code you have posted and they will walk you through the activation by giving you another code to input.
Have a pen and paper ready to write down the code.

did you activate the Windows Xp when you installed the XP Operating system?
you have 30 days to activate the XP, if not you will have limited use till you input the genuine serial key.
if the display changed after the activation, chance are you machine have being hijacked.
I would just take it off line and try to clean the infection.

I have the same problem- Yesterday I bought my second hand and the phone number wasnt programmed into the phone either. Try doing it like this 74663# press menu and press menu again it should bring up the user activation
