Question about HP LaserJet 4600dn Color Printer
I'm trying to print labels, but the printer takes plain paper from Tray 2 instead of Tray 1 which prints labels.
It can be set from more then one place. In MS Word you would go into the tools setting then choose the envelope drop down, select labels and in the options for the label you choose the format as an Avery Equivalent. That is where you can tell MS Word which tray to pull from. Also in the printer properties, under advanced options you can designate what type of paper is in each tray. Good Luck
