Go to craigslist.org and locate your city and under services find a find skilled tardes or labor - locate a handyman since we are cheaper than dedicated craftsmen. Email them the issue and tell them you only have XX dollars etc :)

Or simply place an ad there and they will contact you, come to you and fix it.

It doesn't seem like a large job and something seems to be stuck in it, nothing torn. have you seen your cat lately? :P

it would have to be dissembled to a point and I do not know your skill level with these things.

Good luck.

My Indesit IDL40 dishwasher, loud bang with slight burning smell but still working?

Any burning smell is not good. Indicates that something in there is too hot and perhaps melting something. Could even catch fire......

Could very well be that whatever is responsible for the noise can be causing the problemo.

Tripping breaker that is built in to treadmill

you must isolate the problem. See if there some loose cable or touching with chassis. 3) test the input terminal motor for to see if there are faulty 4) test the output terminal in the control board, for to determine if are faulty. 5) filter capacitor can be shorte 6) power supply shorted.

Clanking noise coming from Allison Transmission on a 2001 Chrevrolet Silverado 8.1 Liter engine

this does sound like theres a loose line tapping the engine/frame,during warm up the engine idles faster which could make it vibrate faster causing the the clanking or tapping noise,if this has started after trans fluid change, then check the lines running from the trani to radiator sometimes the service person might bang into something causing plastic clips that hold the lines to break, try getting under it and have someone start the truck and listen to see where it's coming from also hold the lines & see if the noise stops, the service guy could have unbolted something & never put the bolt back causing the clank ex.line may have a clip holding it thats bolted to the trani pan ?good luck

Speed sensor of DC Motor treadmill making noise.

the speed sensor NOT make noise, is the main motor see the diagram attached. However tight any connector or plug very well, and test the s. sensor for open or defective and replace. You can RUN the software calibration for easy diagnose, troubleshooting, and fix it.
You must test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair, bearing, shaft, or winding defective.
God bless you

The treadmill speed is faster than reallife speed. I can easily run 7 minute miles on the roads (not racing, just running) and my wife is an eight minute metronome. But on the treadmill if I set it below...

the speed of treadmills are based on the companies regulations and are machine made. so they might not be 100% accurate. a treadmill is a simulated devise so it is never the same. var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_c8c9213424bf492d84f2bfaa8e62c574(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); } FCTB_Init_c8c9213424bf492d84f2bfaa8e62c574(document['FCTB_Init_c3525ba5f17e4280b024b96d82d11976']); delete document['FCTB_Init_c3525ba5f17e4280b024b96d82d11976'] var fctb_tool=null; function FCTB_Init_6836227ebca14782a6c9f0284529fff9(t) { fctb_tool=t; start(fctb_tool); } FCTB_Init_6836227ebca14782a6c9f0284529fff9(document['FCTB_Init_f3124b0bb88c423dafd62627ed1118bc']); delete document['FCTB_Init_f3124b0bb88c423dafd62627ed1118bc']

My Epic 425 is getting louder and louder, a whirring noise, but can't seem to find maintenance help

Hi,

It sounds like you have a drive motoer failing. The only other place that can be load or making noise is the front and rear roller. The rollers bearings when failing make a "popping" or "clicking" noise, and increases as you speen up. The motor "growls", and the faster you go the noise is..... well loud. The way to confirm this is to remove the motor hood, then start the treadmill on power/speed level 3. Be very carefull, and use a broom stick (wooden) to put on the drive motor while it is running. You should be able to "feel" what you are hearing. You should then raise the speed, and you will then feel the increase as well.

The replacement motor is around $200.00.

Hope this helps
