Question about Honeywell Heating & Cooling

Brivis Ducted Heater works Non-stop

My ducted heater works non-stop, doesn't detect the thermostat setting, runs even in the OFF position.
I removed the R wire from the control panel, no response.Once W wire is disconnected, Fan and Gas burner stopped.

Is it a Thermostat Fault?

Thanks in advance,

Nish

When you disconnected the W wire, was the R wire hooked up? If so then you either have a bad tstat or the R and W wires are shorted together.

Inproper air/fuel mix, not enough air getting into burner. This is a dangerous situation, Possable causes inclide blockage in air intake and wrong gas supply. get an expert to look at it.

What is the difference between ducted roof air and non ducted.

Non-ducted units blow the cooled air out louvers on the unit. Ducted units discharge into a duct system like your home furnace. (Or RV Furnace (heater)).
