have your pc scan your fon memory through bluetooth, or usb cable

1 - remove memory card.

3 - It format your Phone
4 - Format memory card.

That problem is always real to Nokia 3110C ,the best thing is that your phone is having a software problem so you will need to flash the phone by giving it to a vendor or technician that you want to flash your phone but remember to remove your sim and memory card in other not to destroy them . kindly rate this solution

Sir,switch off the mobile phone,remove memory card move all your data to a folder on your pc then insert the memory card in mobile phone and format it.

nokia 3110c cannot infected by virus.
this phone don't have operating system.
this phone based on java.
check the firmware by pressing *#0000#
FYI the highest version today is 7.21.
check your memory phone, free your memory phone by moving the application,MP3,picture to transflash.

when vedio file open in the phone.... phone turned off and automaticaly turne on

u should install the antivirus protection in Ur phone or u should connect the phone to the pc and u should o to the my computer and check wherther the phone is connected and right click on the mouse and go to the format it will be formated ok and install the antivirus in ur phone ok rate me please
