Question about OCE Office Equipment & Supplies
I m getting error 2207 switch on/off, or error 2201 switch on/off messages very frequently on my oce 9400 machine, any solution!!! thanks
Might be NTC6, which is located in between the absorber and the fans.
Nothing to do with toner, it is an 'overheat' warning....

There is only one way to solve the problem. Call a oce service rep. to come out and have them vac. out all of the wrong toner out of the hopper & developer unit and give the bill to the person that put the wrong toner in to begin with.. Good Luck...

SOURCE: oce 9400 error code 0501
Well, error 0501 is low toner concentration problem
fill new toner and then off and on main switch many time, if the problem persists then you need to check the toner motor.
