SOURCE: camera wont turn on...gives beep sounds and green light glows when pressing power button

Does the lens extend in either of these cases? If there has been some malfunction in the lens and it fails to extend the situation can cause the camera to power-off in order to protect itself. Some cameras show error messages before powering off, others do not. Hold the camera up to your ear and turn the power on. Is there a series of mechanical sounds before the beeps? Hearing sounds but not seeing the lens extend indicates some sort of failure in the lens assembly. If you hear nothing then the problem most likely lies elsewhere, possibly a failed electronic component or something as simple as a loose connection. Check with your manufacturer for any recalls or technical bulletins, and see if they will service your camera under warranty. If not there are a number of repair facilitys available on the internet who generally have better rates than out-of-warranty service at the factory. David Millier Advance Camera Repair

SOURCE: green power light will not stop flashing and tv will not turn on or off

You need to replace the 1000uf capacitors on the DM board thats the classic symptom of the DM caps being bad the light continues to blink repeatedly. If you need more info on the repair let me know.

Unplug it from the wall, wait 2 minutes and plug it back in. if problem still exists, its probably the main pcb.

I dont have a manual with my paramount night vision. how do you operate it. i can get a red light but thats all.

Hello, You should have two switches, one for on/off and the other for IR intensifier (red). There should be or not two LED one green to indicate on/off--no green LED it off, if the green LED glows green it on. The same with IR luminator, red is glowing the IR is on, if not glowing red, it off.

Make sure you have new batteries and make sure that the polaity is correct---positive +,
negative -.

Push the on button, if you push the right button the green LED will glow, then push IR button. Put you hand in front of the monocular and see if there is a red glow on the palm of you hand, if there is then the IR is on. Never look into the IR lens. Now you can look through the eye piece.

Now, if there no green tent inside of the monocular then there are other problems with you NV devise.

Never, and I mean NEVER look at bright light at night or in the daylight. This will destroy the image tube. That is one reason why they are call night vision....Only for viewing in the dark. stewbison

Hello. Problem with ATN NV 360 monocular. Battery is OK, Blinking in the image tube. OK, is the green light that indicates the prower is on, is it on or just it blink also. What is the color or colors looking three view finder. Is it arcing off/on, if so the image tube is back. This ATN 360 has a first generation tube and probably made in Russia. Call ATN and have them give you estimate. I think I have image intensifier tubr for ATN 360. I wouldn't know until I take a look see. stewbison

There is not picture its just vioce

Battery OK, IR light up, no green image on the intensifier image tube, correct! What type of voices are you hearing? Give ATN Aries 390 two Zolof and wait two day, just kidding!!! The noise is a crackling, high freqencey hum, popping, etc. Also remove the eye lens, it screw off, then remove the scope to someplace where it semi dark. Turn it on and observe the 18mm white plate and see if it turn green---no green---no look see---no image intensifier tube, it dead that is the mage tube. stewbison.

Power light comes on for a second then powers back down.

Hello, it sound like an internal short. When you power your ATN Binocular does the image tubes Diems? Because if it does, there could be a short on the printed circuit board. The only thing I can recommend is to remove the back cover and look for wires that could be grounded the case. But remember there are that ground to the case if it is aluminum. Some place there a bare wire touching ground. Take a look it couldn't hurt but be careful with those wires and if the break off make sure you know where the go to and from. Draw a diagram were wire go to on the circuit board. GB...stewbison
