Question about Nikon D50 Digital Camera
LCD does not work and sd card icon (with slash through it) is shown through viewfinder. Camera turns on and focuses, but cannot see menu or take pictures...tried reset. Battery indicator blinking or little black bar with 'clock' is blinking in upper display.
Two things here, have you checked to see if the location to store the pics if it is placed to the intenal memory and the memory is full
also pls try to take a pic with another SD card may be that this card is either corrupted or damaged

I have the same exact problem - camera was working fine for 3 years until last week. My SD card is fine, it's most def a camera issue. Someone please post a solution to this! Right now, my D50 is reduced to an expensive paperweight.
