Try going to the manufacturers site and search for the model name or number of your laptop and it should have the latest drivers available. If you cannot do that, try and go into windows device manager and finding the name of your wireless card and search for a driver online, either by going to the wireless manufacturers site or searching somewhere else.

Is the wireless installed and working on the laptop and your just having a problem connecting to your wireless router or is it that your wireless adapter driver isn't installed and working properly on the laptop? If it's not working on the laptop I would uninstall and reinstall the driver. If it's an issue with your router you will need to reset your wireless settings so that you can set up and connect to the wireless network via your laptop. Here is a link to the drivers for your laptop:
Here is a link to the drivers just select your operating system:

I think try to check first the wireless card if its listed on your device manager, then try to reinstall the Driver for your wireless card, go to this website to download the driver for the wireless card.

Just check what Operating System the machine have.

Wireless is not connecting on HP Laptop

You need to check first if the wireless switch is turn on.If it is on, check the function key for the wireless. Some computers have function key. Sometimes it is combination of fn and f5. Press those keys at the same time and you should see a pop up window and check if the current status is on. If it is on, uninstall/reinstall the wireless driver in device manager. and restart your computer. If this didn't work. You need to do re installation of your operating system

How to fix wifi button on compaq c700 wifi button is orange instead of blue

First check in device manager under network adaptor wethere you have driver for wireless or not (It could be either interl pro wireless driver or broadcom wireless driver) if it is not present then reinstall it from even if it is present then uninstall and reinstall it.
You can also check wethere there is a wireless switch try to slide it to and fro and check.
Install latest bios update for the computer from
Lastly reseat the wireless card and then reinstall the drivers if this doesnt resolve the problem, run recovery and check, if still no go then replace wireless card or motherboard has gone bad.

HP Pavillion wireless won't work

First, look thru HP Health check and download all recommended.
Second, go to HP site, download and reinstall WLAN driver and HP Wireless assistant software
Third, download at the same site HP WinFlash BIOS Update and update BIOS (READ and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY)

If you are lucky ;-)  WLAN will now works - try to switch it on by WLAN switch.

Hp wireless assistant 3.00 C2

You may install a different version but it is not guarantee that it would work. I suggest to connect your system to an ethernet cord (wired connection) then click on the link below..

You should see there Start Detection - it will automatically detect the system driver you have. You should select the operating system then you may reinstall the network driver then.

Keep me posted.
