The answer is yes and no.

Yes because you can arrange for email arriving in the paid accounts to forward to the free account.

No because I assume that the reason you wish to do this is because you wish to stop paying. If you stop paying for the account it will be shut down and then unable to forward. The server will just respond with either a 550 or 554 error.

Your best bet is probably going to be informing all your contacts (use BCC) and then setting up a auto reply in the paid email informing people of the new email address and continuing to pay for the next few months.

depends on what account you may mean (if its for tech support might wanna suspend it and ask microsoft directly at support.microsoft.com as some scam companies will say their part of microsoft if your a victim of a tech support scam i recomend calling this guy from scammerrevolts.com )

if you are in the active reserve and drill one weekend a month and two weeks a year then you will earn pay for the drill period.
If you are in the Inactive or Ready Reserve you will get no pay.

a phone is a phone and the payment for use method is either per pay in which case you buy time on a pre paid card or pay at the end of the time on an account from your service provider
If you want a monthly account then arrange that account with your service provider
even if it is a pre-paid phone you can change that to an account by making arrangements with your service provider

yes and no, , magic jack and all of it's phone numbers are owend by them, since you left MJ and your now with another provider, you will use them, if you wanna use MJ again YOUR MONEY YOU PAID SHOULD BE CREDIT OR CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUTURE USE. i'd call MJ and freeze your account.

Only Microsoft can delete the account because it is on their systems. If it is a paid account, stop paying and they will delete it. If it is a free account, they will delete it if it has not be accessed for a long time which could take as long as a year.

How to cancel you membership;
