Question about Audio Players & Recorders

My MP3 player turned into a bootloader USB device.

I am not able to format it, it asks to insert a disk whenever i tries to access it.

Check ur usb cable.in spite of this problem u can try from ur mp3 and format it. but if not then hardware problem

I think you might have formatted the Mp3 player using wrong format...
connect the player to the computer using an usb cable. It will open as a removable disk. Just make a right click on the removable disk and select "FORMAT"
Select the file system as FAT32 and format it using the default allocation size... Now load songs to your player, it should work....

Contact the manufacturer and have it send the firmware upgrade + the application to upload it.

NTFS/FAT Format and Device Recognition Error


Reformat it as Fat32 - this player can't deal with NTFS.
Download the Sansa Recovery Tool once you have reformatted it.

Formatting my sansa e250..it says reading bootloader and writing bootloader


You Installed The Firmware wrong. (Do This)

1.Connect Your Player to The PC then Format it by right clicking the players hard drive. (F:) , (G:) , (I:) ,Ect.

2.After Formatting the Player go to this site : www.Google.com

3.Go to www.google.com Then Search For "Sansa e250 Latest Firmware. OR Try This http://www.anythingbutipod.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=51

4. Go To the Page Where The Firmware Is at and Download it

then put it on the player disconnect and turn on normally should say new firmware or sumthin while loading.

Try a different cord, USB port, and bypass any splitters if used. Then try another USB support driver in Device manager.

Ok will thats funny.... formatt the unit by accessing it through to my computer on your desktop , right click on my comp go to manage and then go to disk management and format it. Also try different usb port.
