I think you need to be aware, that if you don't have a good enough soldering iron, magnifier, jig, or enough copper, solder and laquer to do this job properly,.. It belongs in a bin:(
Sorry to say it, but, throw it away.
If the 'motherboard' in your computer, was cracked or smashed,.. Then you arrive at the local computer shop, show it to the guy behind the counter, who will say, "It's **** son."
Or words to that effect.
Simply because, in the long term, it will not be a cost effective affair.
Just buy new. That's what they ALL want you to do in the end.
Some things just go in the bin. Sorry,..
I'm glad we got that cleared up:)

Hey man...thanks! I am reattaching the real wheel and I am looking for a schematic to show me what side the spacers go on the axle and in what order??? If you have a schematic blown apart that would be...

With out knowing the year and model of your motorcycle it would be hard to get you a picture. But you can look up a break down of your rear wheel and axle at in the OEM parts section.

I need schematic for my GR9D adio amp. i am converting this amp for multi use. i need to know where the inputs are and spkr outputs are.

Cool I wanted to do the same thing with the board.I havent had time to try it, but here it goes. The schematic can be found here. The file is named Philips-GR9D.rar and is a pdf ~ 44mb for the whole schematic for the tv. Check around page 40 or so for the schematic. Its in another language though. Seems you should only need 12v (regulated) and a variable audio level seeing the amp looks at a fixed level. Connector 1401 (1-5)
  1. ground
  2. mute
  3. Right Channel Input
  4. +12 volts
  5. Left channel input
Connector 1449 (1-5)
  1. Right channel out
  2. Ground
  3. Ground
  4. KEY (No pin)
  5. Left channel out
Connector 1418 looks to be an extension of 1449 and from what i can tell the lower "divided" part of the board (eg the high voltage side from connector 1400 to the transformer) appear to be power for the audio circuit derived from around the fly back area of the tv. (around 160v i presume). In other words I think you only need connector 1401 and 1449. The only other thing seems to be that it cannot be bridged (for subwoofer use) as is (sharing a common ground on the output). Wish you well.

My amp fell forward and the (knob side) hit the ground. Now there is no sound, but everything lights up.

You have probably broken some of the pots. You will need to take it in to be serviced or if you have experience take the amp apart and take the circuit board out. Examine the solder side where the control pots are. Hopefully you didn't break the pots themselves and the solder joints just need to be redone. Also look for broken traces near the pots. They look like little roads which they are for electrons. If they are broken you can bridge them with short pieces of tinned wire and if the circuit board is cracked it can be Crazy glued. Look for all the broken parts and don't miss any. If the pots are broken, Take the broken ones into an electronics supplier and ask for exact replacements. If its a tube amp look for tubes that are loose in their sockets and broken tubes. Absolutely do not work on the amp with it plugged in to the wall (no power running to it) If its anything worse than that, take it in to be repaired as you need schematics, test equipment and direct replacement parts to do a proper job. Hope this helps.

Left channel very low / static interference

if you wiggle the cable does it make a difference(more static, improved level, everythings fine)? if so its a cold/broken solder joint on the rca conector output. rmove the top and unplug the circut board from the transport unit.BE CAREFULL OF THE SMALL RIBBON CABLE DIRECLY UNDER THE TRANSPORT) use a small jewlers screwdriver to push the clip forward to release the wire. push it back in during reassembly the same way. remove the circut board from the bottom of the chassis and look close to where the jacks are. wiggle the jacks and you should see where the broken trace is. Scrape 1/4 inch of epoxy off the broken trace in each direction and solder over the clean trace/conection. If there is no difference when you wiggle the cables than it is probably the op-amp on the output.

The auto convergence will not realign the picture colors, how do you fix it?

the convergence amps or the resistors have failed on the convergence board. i replace the amps and check the values of all related resistors. it requires good electronics and soldering skill. if you do not have good soldering skills you probally will end up having to replace the entire convergence board

Weak reception, broken surface mount component

You can not find any schematics for the Magellans.  The schematics are classified.  Even when repairing GPS's for Magellan we didn't receive full schematics.  If your talking about the RF cable connector on the I/O Board (the board attached to the rear housing), then it's an easy solder fix.  For the capacitor/resistor:  I'm not sure where you found the capacitor origin, but if it's black with four legs coming off and parallel with the IC then tell me and I'll msg you back the rest.
