Well ... it sounds like you are printing from Micro$oft Word (or similar) and have the print options set to print the document properties.
If using MS Word, select "OPTIONS" from the TOOLS menu. click the 'Print' tab and unselect 'Document Properties' in the include with document section.

It sounds like you are printing from Word 2007. Go to the Office Button, Print, Print, Options and under "Printing Options" uncheck the "Print Document Properties" box.

It sounds like your print driver is set up to print a separator page. Go into the print driver properties for that printer (through the Control Panel if you're running Windows) and find the option for Separator Page and disable it.
